To protect the health and safety of our members, staffs and the people of Hong Kong, Goji Studios Wan Chai Club will temporarily close for 2 days at 6pm on 9th November, 2020 (Monday), reopening at 6pm on 11th November, 2020 (Wednesday). We have summarized the following questions we have been asked about our closure period.

1. Any tested positive COVID-19 confirmed case occurs in Goji Studios?
 
We were informed by the Centre for Health Protection on 9th November, 2020 that a female diagnosed with COVID-19 had visited Goji Studios Wan Chai Club on 6th November, 2020. She did not attend any small group workouts, group fitness class or personal training on that day. We have been actively communicating with the Center for Health Protection, seeking for more information. We are closely following up on this incident and will make update announcement once we have received further information.

2. What actions did Goji take upon the case testing positive?
 
Your health and safety are our top priority. When we were informed of the confirmed case on 9th November, 2020, Wan Chai Club was closed immediately. To strengthen the anti-virus measures, we have arranged a deep clean and disinfection of Wan Chai Club, and all staffs of Wan Chai Club will get tested for COVID-19 in order to protect the safety of members and employees.
 
3. I am the member of Wan Chai Club, what is the arrangement during the temporary closure of Wan Chai Club?

One club access members (Wan Chai Club only) may visit other Goji Studios clubs to enjoy our services in this period.

4. What is the arrangement of my personal training?

You can directly contact your coach for continuous arrangements.

5. When will the Group Fitness classes be resumed?

All Group Fitness classes will be resumed at 6pm on 11th November, 2020.

6. I have a rental locker – can I access the club to retrieve some of my belongings?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow access during the closure. You will be able to access your locker and your belongings when we reopen the club.

7. How can I terminate my account?

If you’d like to apply for termination, we will follow our normal procedures. Please refer to our Termination Procedures on Goji Agreement.

8. Can I get a refund or terminate my account earlier as I have not visited for a while?

Sorry we do not provide refund or early termination to member even if you have not visited for a while.

We will continue to stay vigilant against COVID-19 and strive to implement every anti-epidemic measures.
