Justin Lee
Director of Sports and Science

Dr. Justin Lee gained his bachelor degree in sports coaching and sports science in Australia; his master degree in exercise science and doctorate degree in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In past years, Justin has delivered various lectures for postgraduate and undergraduate courses in local universities, which focuses on strength & conditioning, sports injury prevention and management. His research interests include hamstring strain injury risk assessment and its prevention, fitness assessment among professional football players. He is a co-author and coeditor of two books, namely “My first gym book” and “My first cycling book”. He has also published more than 30 conference abstracts and a few journal papers in various international journals.

Dan Kan
Head of Personal Training

Dan is a strength and conditioning specialist with extensive experience in the industry working with body bodybuilders, athletes and leading teams of trainers. His sports-specific experience includes working with golf and racket professional athletes. While he adopts an aesthetic and bodybuilding styled approach to training, he recognises the importance of working with his clients on an individual basis to cater to everyone’s unique needs. Whether our clients’ goals are to optimise athletic performance or develop a lean and mean physique, Dan and his team take a scientific approach to training and diet to ensure that they reach their health and fitness goals.

Dicky Wong
Head of Personal Training

Dicky has an extensive background in training clients of all ages. As an ex-Rugby player, he is a strength and conditioning specialist with over 10 years of experience in the industry and proven track record of setting up PT team for commercial gyms. He specialises in Functional Training, TRX, Resistance/Strength Training, Sports Performance and Conditioning, Weight Loss and Pre-and Post-natal Training. He believes exercising should first and foremost, be about the individual’s needs and goals. What motivates Dicky is watching his clients reach their goals, all while gaining valuable knowledge. Motivation is the key to successfully breaking barriers and attaining goals that were once deemed impossible. Dicky looks forward to helping members reach and surpass their fitness goals.

Louisa Fok
Head of Group Fitness

Louisa started her group exercise career after her retirement as a fencing athlete. Falling in love with the energy and dynamism of group exercise, she began teaching in this capacity in 2001. From BodyPump, indoor cycling and step aerobics, she became a renowned leading instructor in HK for her expertise and energy, and for her passion in always wanting to find the latest industry trends. Louisa has a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Administration and a Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Science. In addition to being a hands-on instructor, Louisa also has extensive experience in fitness management, having worked with over 200 instructors across Asia and led Group Fitness in both large gym chains and small boutique studios.

Joel Kam
Head of F&B

Joel is passionate about food and health. His philosophy as Head of Food & Beverage focuses on the nourishment of mind, body and soul through food. In particular, he specializes in menu creation, kitchen operations and sourcing of all produce. Joel has extensive knowledge of food and work experience across high-end kitchens. Previously he was the Culinary Director at Locofama Group, a HK-based restaurant group. He has also worked in numerous renowned kitchens around the world including, Tetsuya’s in Sydney (ex 4th ranked restaurant in the S. Pellegrino Best Restaurants List); the 3-Michelin star Plaza Athenee in Paris with the fame Alain Ducasse; and assisted Samuel Nutter, sous chef of NOMA (ex No.1 ranked in the S.Pallegrino Best Restaurant List), in opening his new restaurant BROR in Denmark.
