WARM FLOW YOGA

An athletic yoga practice in which Vinyasa movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. Set in a heated room, the heat aims to increase the intensity of the workout and increase the effectiveness of the muscles and connective tissues in the practice.

WARM STRETCH

Lengthening tight muscles to ease pain, improve flexibility and posture whilst encouraging relaxation. Stretching in a heated room, warms muscles and allows for the connective tissue to unravel effectively.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A slower practice that use props to support the body to achieve maximum benefit while exerting minimal physical effort in the asanas. It is a healing practice that focused on stimulating the parasympathetic system and help to reach a state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

HATHA YOGA

A yoga practice that has specific structured poses and other movements that help with body and mind “purification” through principles like asana (postures), pranayama (subtle energy control) and the breath.

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga is a modern style of yoga that incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric hammock to explore alignment, release chronic tension, hang around upside down, and have fun! It’s appropriate for anyone including beginners with no yoga experience. For experienced yogis, aerial yoga will add a new dimension to complement your existing practice on the ground.

Power Flow is a powerful, energetic form of yoga, focus more on core and arm balance and make this program more challenging, connect your mind and body with fluidly movement and relatively inhale/exhale.

Hatha flow is an energetic form of Hatha yoga, connect your mind and body with fluidly movement and relatively inhale/exhale.

HOT YOGA

Hot yoga is a form of yoga as exercise performed under hot and humid conditions, resulting in considerable sweating. The class consists of a series of different standing and stretching postures. The postures require lengthy, forceful and sustained contractions of all major muscle groups.

Power Pilates can be treated as advanced level of “Mat Pilates”, this program emphasizes on balance, control and core strength for optimal fat-burning.

MAT PILATES

A conditioning class that is based from the original sequences from Joseph Pilates. These exercises have been adapted to create movements that improve posture and body awareness whilst gaining body control, breath connection and improved muscle tone. Feel taller, longer and more connected. Small equipment such as balls, magic circles, bands and rollers may be used.

HAPPY BACK PILATES

STRETCH, ROLL & RELEASE

Unwind your body with the use of foam rollers and strategic stretching to release muscles and tissues that are stuck and holding unnecessary tension.

CORE & STRETCH

A conditioning class working on core strength, stability and muscle definition. The exercises target the torso area which is primarily the abdominals, lower back, shoulder and hip girdle. Depending on individual postures, stretches will be included to help make your core beyond awesome.

STRETCH OUT

You’ll do a series of stretches that’ll focus on improve the flexibility of different muscle groups. The class will help improve your joint mobility and muscle flexibility, and leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
